STANDARD COACHING BUNDLE
For the Busy Individual
This program consists of 3 days per week of resistance training and a minimum of 2 cardio workouts per week. It is 8 weeks long and has been proven to be effective in achieving your peak physique goals. The program runs in multiple phases of periodization that are already planned out so that we can quickly address your needs and overall health. A diagnostic session is Included.
CUSTOM COACHING PACKAGES
Need Something More Specific?
Being treated like another cog in the wheel is not how we do things at PeakPhysiqueATL. This package allows full customization for your fitness goals. Whether it is working on regaining mobility, keeping up with the kids, or even that upcoming competition you have. This program is tailored to your individual needs. Diagnostic session included.
